Good value
+250 DNA — 35 R$. The best DNA rate with a known amount: about 7.1 DNA per Robux. If you're going to buy DNA, buy this one.
Second Chance — 25 R$. Cheap insurance if you die at stage 6 after a long run. Note the price climbs for a second (49 R$) and third (79 R$) revive in the same life.
10x Rolls — 249 R$. 24.9 R$ per roll versus 29 R$ for a single. About 14% cheaper per roll, if you're rolling anyway.
Fine, depending on you
Card Reroll — 19 R$. Rerolls the three level-up cards. Useful if you're hunting one specific card for a build.
Grow Now (19 / 39 / 59 R$). Instant growth steps. Handy to skip the fragile early minutes, but you'll get there by playing anyway.
Start Event — 39 R$. Starts a server event. A Feeding Frenzy for 39 R$ is decent, but everyone on the server benefits, not just you.
Probably skip
+60 DNA — 12 R$. Only 5 DNA per Robux, about 30% worse than the +250 pack.
Become the Colossus — 149 R$. Skips the end of the cell stage. Getting there is most of the game, so you're paying to skip the fun.
Mutation — 79 R$, Lucky Roll — 79 R$. Expensive for a random result. Mutagen in the world gives free rolls.
Bundles and pass
Starter Pack (99 R$), VIP (299 R$), Mega Pack (999 R$). Contents aren't published through the API, so we can't rate them yet. Check the in-game store description before buying.
Season pass: Premium 199 R$, +5 Tiers 99 R$, Finish 399 R$. The free track already gives DNA. Premium is the usual "if you play a lot" purchase. Buying tiers is rarely worth it.
The honest answer
You don't need to spend anything. Every player in our source videos who reached the Colossus did it through playing. If you do spend, +250 DNA and Second Chance give you the most per Robux.
