This is the part that changes how the whole game feels. With a Feeding Tube you no longer care whether you picked plants or meat at the start; everything on the map is DNA. One run went from struggling to 'infinite money printer' within a minute of adding it.
It pairs especially well with a Drill: the drill does the killing, the tube does the eating. Pick up a meteor shower with this equipped and you will level absurdly fast.
