Speed is the stat that keeps coming up in every video. Jets give it to you directly — one player swapped a 'trash' poison ball for a jet and immediately called himself faster than ever.

Mount jets on the back. A common layout is two jets behind and weapons up front; one creator went for 'two jets instead of one' as soon as he had the DNA.
