Cilia that improve turning. Small, cheap, easy to squeeze in.
Tiny Hairs (cilia) improve turning speed. They are small, so you can usually fit one or two into the gaps between bigger parts.
They are the natural fix for the Fins turning penalty. Some players later swap hairs for fins and jets once space gets tight.
